Kenny’s Classic Services LLC
1. General Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Kenny’s Classic Services LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") and the customer ("Customer," "you," or "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms set forth below.
2. Scope of Services
Kenny’s Classic Services LLC specializes in classic car restoration services, including but not limited to onsite service work, engine repairs, interior refurbishments, and custom upgrades. A detailed scope of work ("Quote") will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of any project.
3. Estimates and Payment Terms
3.1 Quotes/ Estimates: All estimates are provided based on an initial assessment. Unforeseen issues discovered during the restoration process may lead to adjustments in cost. Any changes to the scope or cost will be communicated promptly.
3.2 Deposits: Deposits are the subject to the magnitude of the project. Estimates higher than $800 in parts will require a full parts deposit before continuing forward.
3.3 Progress Payments: Depending on the project’s duration, progress payments may be required. Payment schedules will be outlined in the Quotes/estimates.
3.4 Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. Vehicles will not be held against payment unless the past due balance is greater than 30 days.
4. Turnaround Time
4.1 Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of the work, availability of parts, and other unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate delays promptly.
5. Warranty
5.1 Kenny’s Classic Services LLC offers a six-month warranty from the date of project completion on all parts and labor provided. Complete wiring kits installed by KCS retain a lifetime warranty on wiring and connections, switches, housings, and other additional components are not covered.
5.2 Warranty Exclusions:
Normal wear and tear.
Vehicle condition
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
Used Parts or components supplied by the Customer.
5.3 Any warranty claims must be reported in writing within the warranty period. We reserve the right to inspect and verify the issue before any repairs or replacements are made.
6. Customer Responsibilities
6.1 Pre-existing Conditions: We are not responsible for issues arising from pre-existing conditions not included in the Work Order.
6.2 Timely Decisions: Customers must provide timely responses to inquiries regarding approvals, design choices, and part selections. Delays in communication may impact project timelines.
7. Liability
7.1 While we take every precaution to handle your vehicle with care, Kenny’s Classic Services LLC is not liable for damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, theft, or vandalism.
7.2 Our liability for any claim related to the services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or repair.
8. Storage Policy
8.1 Vehicles left on our premises for more than [insert time period, e.g., 14 days] after completion of services without prior agreement will incur a storage fee of [insert fee, e.g., $25/day].
8.2 Vehicles left for more than [insert time period, e.g., 60 days] without communication may be considered abandoned and subject to lien or sale in accordance with local laws.
9. Parts and Supplies
9.1 Parts sourced through Kenny’s Classic Services LLC are subject to manufacturer warranties where applicable.
9.2 Customers providing their own parts must ensure compatibility and quality. We are not responsible for delays or failures resulting from customer-supplied parts.
10. Termination and Cancellation
10.1 Either party may terminate the project in writing before the completion of services.
10.2 If the Customer cancels after work has commenced, they are responsible for payment of all completed work and associated costs up to the cancellation date.
11. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
At Kenny’s Classic Services LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us within 30 days of project completion. We will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns and resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
By signing below or otherwise engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
12. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration in [insert jurisdiction, e.g., your city/state].
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [insert state].
14. Entire Agreement

Kenny’s Classic Services LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated in writing and apply to future projects.
